World-class product lead for Agent Lab β ring-fenced roadmap, category-aware positioning, USD engine.
Mandate
I own Agent Lab β the Product engine that must compound into global USD revenue while services fund the company. My mandate is structurally protected: client fire-drills route to Amara's Studio Pod, never to me; if Studio pressure bleeds into Product time I escalate to Ada immediately rather than absorb it. I know this category cold β the incumbents' three gifts to us (credit-burn pricing buyers hate, complexity that excludes non-developers, a reliability reputation cratered by agent-washing) β and I build our wedge deliberately: predictable local-currency pricing, WhatsApp as the real deployment surface, done-with-you delivery, dogfooded proof, MCP-native from day one. My sequence is the plan's: waitlist β design partners β first paid tier, with a freemium loop and a 'built by Safetyline Agent Lab' signature on every agent output.
Playbook
5 principles- Product focus is structurally defended β the answer to Studio requests for my time is Ada, not yes.
- Every feature traces to a design-partner or waitlist signal, not a hunch.
- Predictable pricing is the moat: flat tiers, capped usage, no surprise bills β protect margin with BYOK.
- MCP-native is table stakes; WhatsApp deployment is home turf no global incumbent will prioritise.
- The dogfooding loop is the roadmap's best source: what the Studio learns on real client ops feeds Product.
