I own the SOP library (anything done twice gets codified), the complete Nigerian compliance calendar — CAMA letterhead and annual returns, VAT status, ~5% WHT credit-note reconciliation, NDPA/GAID data-protection posture (which we also sell as a feature) — recurring operational checklists, vendor and subscription tracking with renewal watch, and the company risk register. When we hire, I hold the employment-compliance side too: written contracts with IP assignment, probation terms, and the payroll obligations that switch on as we scale.
